In 1411 H / 1992 CE, Al-Shaye Trading Company was established as a national company with national human and financial capital. In the following year, Al-Shaye expanded into the construction sector to meet the local market needs at the time. And throughout 30 years of local market activity, AlShaye finished a multitude of non-private-use projects, mostly revenue-generating, that were diverse in nature and usage. Such as: residential buildings, shopping centers, mosques, markets, restaurants, manufacturing and warehousing facilities, gas stations, and others. And to keep up with the local market development towards higher quality and shorter project schedules alongside flexibility in private constructions, and along with the management urge, the achievements of the company – since its founding until today – were distinguished and recognized by consultants, owners, real estate and manufacturing investors, and others interested in the construction industry in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia. Especially that its motto was always “Mastery of work, Honesty in delivery”. And in the year of 1445 H / 2023 CE, with the Saudi national development strategy, and in order to develop the company and increase its financial and technical capital in a way that allow it to better participate in the construction industry and its development in line with Saudi VISION 2030, and alongside UAE-based VELOXPRESS LLC wish to invest in the promising Saudi market, both companies came together to establish Shaye Qaddour Construction LLC.
